What is Agiflow?

Agiflow is a simple project board that works with the AI assistant you already use — ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and other tools. You and your AI share the same board: ask it to create tasks, check progress, or plan the week, and the changes appear on the board you see.

You stay in control. Your AI helps you get things done — it never acts on anything you haven’t given it access to.

How Agiflow works with your AI

Setup is a few minutes of clicking, not an afternoon of configuration.

  1. Step 1Connect your assistant.

Find Agiflow in the ChatGPT App Store, or copy your workspace’s connection link from Settings → Connections into Claude, Cursor, or another tool you use.

  2. Step 2Approve what it can see.

Before anything happens, you choose which workspace and projects your assistant may access. It sees what you approved and nothing else.

  3. Step 3Work in plain conversation.

Ask your AI to create tasks, check project status, or update progress. It reads and writes the same board you see — and in ChatGPT, your tasks show up as interactive cards right in the chat.

  4. Step 4Your work is remembered.

Tasks, decisions, and attached files stay on the board between sessions. Connect a different assistant later — Claude after ChatGPT, say — and it picks up exactly where the last one left off.

Who uses Agiflow

If you plan work and you talk to an AI, this board is for you. A few people who already fit:

Marketing managers

Plan campaigns with ChatGPT and keep every deliverable on one board instead of scattered across chat threads.

Freelancers

Manage client projects with Claude. Your AI drafts the task list; you decide what ships.

Business owners

Hand the coordination to your assistant. It keeps the board current so you can run the business.

Sales teams

Track follow-ups and deals in one place, then ask your AI each morning what needs chasing.

Team leads

Keep a small team aligned on one simple board that everyone — and everyone’s AI — reads from.

Developers

Keep Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex working from a tracked task list instead of a to-do comment it forgot last session.

What Agiflow is not

The name gets confused with a few things. Clearing those up saves you time:

It’s not Akiflow.

Akiflow is a time-blocking calendar app from a different company. Agiflow is a project board that works with your AI assistant. Similar names, unrelated products.

It doesn’t do your work without you.

Agiflow doesn’t run its own AI or act on its own. Your assistant — ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor — does the talking; Agiflow is the board you both work from. You approve what it can see, and you can watch every change it makes.

It’s not the old Agiflow.

Earlier versions of Agiflow were developer tools for testing and monitoring AI software. If you found an older description, it’s out of date. Today Agiflow is one thing: project management that works with your AI assistant.

The app isn’t open source — the toolkit is.

The Agiflow app is a commercial product. The same team maintains aicode-toolkit, a free open-source toolkit for developers. If you found Agiflow on GitHub, you found the toolkit, not the app.

Common questions about Agiflow

What does Agiflow do?

Agiflow gives you and your AI assistant one shared project board. You create projects and tasks the normal way; your assistant — ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and others — can read the board and update it from a conversation. Everything it changes is visible to you, and it only sees the projects you approve.

Is Agiflow free?

Yes — the Free plan is $0 forever and includes 2 seats, 3 projects, 2 API keys, 3 AI assistant connections, and 30 minutes of remote execution per month. It’s a plan, not a trial, so it never expires.

How does Agiflow work with ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor?

You connect your assistant once — through the ChatGPT App Store, or by pasting your workspace’s connection link from Settings → Connections into Claude, Cursor, or another tool. After you approve which projects it can access, it can create tasks, check status, and update progress on the same board you see.

Is Agiflow the same as Akiflow?

No — Akiflow is a time-blocking calendar app from a different company. Agiflow is a project board that works with the AI assistant you already use, free for solo builders and $9 per seat for teams.

Is Agiflow open source?

The Agiflow app is a commercial product, not open source. The same team maintains aicode-toolkit, a free open-source developer toolkit, on GitHub — it’s a separate project from the Agiflow app.

Does Agiflow do the work for me?

No — and that’s deliberate. Your AI assistant is the one that drafts, plans, and updates; Agiflow is the board you both work from. You choose what it can access, and every change it makes shows up where you can see it.

Who is Agiflow for?

Anyone who plans work with an AI assistant: marketing managers planning campaigns with ChatGPT, freelancers managing clients with Claude, business owners delegating coordination, sales teams tracking follow-ups, team leads keeping small teams aligned, and developers keeping coding tools like Cursor on a tracked task list.
