How-to
Fix connection problems
This guide shows you how to recover when ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor cannot use the Agiflow board you expected.
I cannot find Agiflow in my AI tool
Do this
Open the tool connection guide for the AI tool you use. If ChatGPT does not show Agiflow in Apps, use the direct Open Agiflow in ChatGPT button from the ChatGPT guide.
Success check
Agiflow appears as a connected app or available tool in the AI tool.
I connected the wrong workspace or project
Do this
Disconnect Agiflow from the AI tool, then connect again. On the Agiflow permission screen, choose the workspace or project you want the AI tool to use.
Success check
When you ask for a project summary, the AI tool names the correct board.
I denied access by mistake
Do this
Start the connection again from the AI tool. Sign in to Agiflow and approve access when the permission screen appears.
Success check
The AI tool can list or summarize the board you allowed.
My AI tool says it cannot see my board
Do this
Confirm that the board exists in Agiflow, then ask about a specific project by name. If that still fails, disconnect and reconnect with project access.
Success check
The AI tool can answer with the project name, work units, or tasks from the board.
I do not have a project yet
Do this
Create a project in Agiflow first. New users can use the first project step during onboarding, then return to the AI tool connection.
Success check
The project board opens in Agiflow and has visible status columns such as Planning, Todo, In Progress, and Done.
A teammate cannot create or edit projects
Do this
Ask an owner or admin to check the teammate role and team access. Regular members may see a read-only project list.
Success check
The teammate either has the correct access or sees a clear read-only message.
Reconnecting is the fastest way to fix the wrong board, a denied permission, or an expired sign-in. Choose the smallest workspace or project access that still lets the AI tool help with your current work.
