Getting your AI to do the work

Once your tasks are organized and marked Todo, you can ask your AI to actually do them — not just talk about them.

Instead of your AI giving you advice, it opens your Agiflow board, picks up a task, does the work, and marks it done. You watch it happen in real time.

01 — One task

Ask your AI to tackle one specific task

Best for one-off jobs, quick fixes, or testing a single item before committing to more.

Say something like

"Work on the task 'Write the welcome email' in my Agiflow board"
"Do the task 'Set up project folder' from my board"

What happens, step by step

1

Your AI opens the task in Agiflow and reads its description

2

It does the work — writes the email, creates the document, generates the content, whatever the task says

3

It marks the task Done in your board automatically

4

It leaves a short note in the task explaining what it did

02 — A whole work group

Ask your AI to tackle a whole section

Best for shipping a complete section of your project at once — your AI works through all the tasks in priority order.

Say something like

"Work through all the tasks in 'Welcome materials'"
"Execute the 'System setup' work group in my Agiflow board"

What happens, step by step

1

Your AI reads all Todo tasks in that Work Group

2

It works through them one by one, in priority order

3

It checks its own work as it goes

4

It updates each task's status as it finishes

5

When done, it gives you a summary of everything that was completed

Tasks must be Todo first:

Your AI only works on tasks marked Todo. If your tasks are still in Planning, ask your AI to "groom the backlog" first. That moves your most important tasks to Todo and your AI will know what to start with. See Capabilities for details.
