Tutorial

Get started with Agiflow and ChatGPT

In this tutorial, we will create a first project board, connect ChatGPT, and ask it to help organize a real client website project.

By the end, we will have a project board with tasks we can review, move, and use again.

Create the board

1

Create your team space

Sign in to Agiflow and enter a team space name. We will use Studio Projects. You should see the first project step after continuing.

2

Name the first project

Enter Acme Website Refresh as the project name. When setup finishes, Agiflow opens the new project board.

3

Open Agiflow in ChatGPT

On the project setup screen, choose Open in ChatGPT. ChatGPT opens with Agiflow ready to connect.

4

Connect the project board

Follow the sign-in and permission screens. Choose the workspace and project we just created so ChatGPT can use that board.

5

Ask ChatGPT to organize the project

"Use my Acme Website Refresh board. Create a simple plan for the homepage refresh, client review, and launch checklist."

You should see ChatGPT respond with a project summary or task updates. Return to Agiflow and check that the board now contains work to review.

6

Review the new tasks

Keep useful tasks, rewrite anything unclear, and move only the tasks you are ready to start into Todo.

We created a first board

Next, learn how Agiflow organizes projects, work units, and tasks so every board stays easy to scan.
