Imagine telling your AI: 'I want to launch a podcast.' Without Agiflow, it gives you advice and you forget it. With Agiflow, it creates an actual to-do list in your board — broken into steps, saved and waiting for you.

What it actually does

You describe a goal. Your AI breaks it down into tasks and saves them to your Agiflow board automatically. No copying and pasting — they go straight to the board, labelled 'Planning' and ready to review.

Task Refinement

Make vague tasks crystal clear

Imagine this

Say your task says 'fix the website'. That's like telling a builder 'fix the house' — where do they even start? Task refinement turns it into: 'Update the hero image on the homepage. Done when the image loads correctly on mobile.' Now anyone can do it — including your AI.

What it actually does

Your AI looks at a vague task and fills in the details: what exactly needs to happen, how you'll know it's done, and what to watch out for. It saves the details back to the task automatically.

Backlog Grooming

Sort out what to do next

Imagine this

Imagine a pile of sticky notes on your desk — ideas, half-finished thoughts, things someone asked for last month. Backlog grooming is like sitting down and sorting that pile: 'This one first. This one can wait. This one doesn't make sense anymore, throw it away.' Your AI does the sorting with you.

What it actually does

Your AI looks at all your Planning tasks, decides which ones are most important, moves the priority ones into your 'ready to work' list (called Todo), and groups related tasks together so they're easier to tackle.

"Groom my backlog for the 'Client Website' project"

These work best in order:

Think of it as three gears: Plan → Refine → Groom. After that, your AI is ready to actually do the work. Skip grooming and your AI won't know what to start first — tasks need to be in "Todo" before your AI can pick them up.
