1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Agiflow ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Agiflow platform, including all related services, features, content, and applications offered by Agiflow Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Service Description
Agiflow is an AI-native project management platform that enables users to:
- Run multiple AI projects simultaneously without context overlap
- Organize and orchestrate AI agents
- Provision and manage MCP (Model Context Protocol) tools
- Track AI subscription costs and usage
- Persist project context across sessions
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3.2 Account Security
You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
4. Subscription and Billing
4.1 Subscription Plans
Agiflow offers multiple subscription tiers:
- Starter (Free): Up to 3 concurrent agents, 500MB storage, 100 tasks/day
- Pro ($3/week): Up to 10 concurrent agents, 5GB storage, unlimited tasks
- Enterprise (Custom): Unlimited agents and storage, dedicated support
4.2 Payment Terms
Pro subscriptions are billed weekly. Enterprise plans are subject to custom agreements. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
4.3 Automatic Renewal
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights
- Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the Service for any illegal or harmful activities
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Exceed usage limits of your subscription plan
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including software, text, images, and logos, are owned by Agiflow Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.
6.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host, store, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services (including AI providers like Claude, OpenAI, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and conditions. We are not responsible for third-party services' availability, functionality, or content.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGIFLOW INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agiflow Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
